The objective of this project was to create a typeface inspired by an everyday object. I chose my hot pink bobby pins as the inspiration, using their flat metal clips and flexible tips as references for the letterforms. The typeface I created, "Bobby," incorporates these characteristics into the shapes and structure of each letter.
